A method for controlling a communication system comprising obtaining moving picture data, inquiring about processing capability with respect to the obtained moving picture data, changing a preset transfer rate of the moving picture data to a changed transfer rate based on the inquiry results, and transmitting the moving picture data using the preset transfer rate or the changed transfer rate. In one configuration, the labels can be a shipping label and packing slip.
