A facility for augmenting software in a target computer system is described. Some embodiments also provide a lock output signal having a lock window, and in some of these embodiments, the size of the lock window is programmable. The system includes a mobile cart, camera, a high-resolution monitor and an air compressor to power individually controlled irrigation pumps to deliver irrigation fluid to a handpiece and a vacuum suction console to collect fluid.
