An improved liquid infiltration adapting structure for preventing liquid infiltration around a gate valve box. The invention is a hand held tool which is in two pieces with each piece being held in each hand. The system may adjust the interval between paces to cause the ventricles to begin ejection at the same time, or to cause one ventricle to commence blood ejection prior to the other ventricle with a desired time offset. The valve assembly can be activated by the user to raise the height of the valve assembly and maintain the height using a release clip, thereby increasing the amount of water in the tank.
