A method of assembly a brush seal between two components having confronting adjacent surfaces, such as the stator and rotor of a gas turbine, comprises providing a slot in one of the components which slot opens through the confronting surface of that component to face the other component. A representative electronic package includes a substrate and a free-standing compliant off-chip interconnect. A pair of mandrels are respectively fitted on opposite sides of the folded gasket to enclose most of the gasket for casting the gasket within a wall in a concrete structure. The method also finds possible order matches for the normalized terms, and calculates a rough score for the possible order matches.
