A method of overmolding a substrate having a first side and a second side and a product made by that process. The robot arm cleaning device comprises a solenoid valve adapted to supply and intercept air, a first air valve adapted to selectively maintain and release a vacuum state in response to the air supplied from the solenoid valve, and a second air valve adapted to selectively supply and intercept a purge gas in response to the air supplied from the solenoid valve. The second material is capable of sorbing and desorbing a heat transfer material such as water, and is present in an amount sufficient to sorb an amount of the heat transfer material sufficient to remove a portion of the heat generated when the first material undergoes an exothermic reaction. The method is particularly well suited for use with alphanumeric text such as product codes, part numbers, document identifiers, etc.
