An organic light-emitting diode display is disclosed. The actuator includes an actuator housing and a coupler housing movably engaged within the actuator housing. It further comprises two volume control elements. The coupling may have lever arms at each end to similarly attach to end sections of pipe to join them in end to end manner, or the coupling may be otherwise secured to one end of a pipe with the lever jaw members attaching the coupling to another pipe.
