A body of hard candy is formed on a tubular stem that extends from a reservoirhandle in which an edible fluid is contained. They provide compositions of the parent IPL comprising phosphatidylinositol, PI-phosphates and derivatives and analogues, and a process for their production starting from natural IPL. The invention further relates to a tubular film and a method for manufacturing the same.
