Disclosed is a polarographic densitometer, comprising: a voltage applying circuit; a sensor unit; an impedance reduction circuit; and a currentdensity conversion unit. These \u02dc200 nm sized particles showed promise toward cell imaging and cellular uptake studies using the bacterium Escherichia coli and Jurkat cancer cells, respectively. The device comprises of pressure-sensitive controls, a programmable control device and a soundmusic output mechanism.
