A flexible pouch having a removable cap for use with the tube spout fitment and a method of filling the flexible pouch is provided. The combination of a therapeutic virus and chemotherapeutic agent can be used in methods of treating diseases, such as proliferative and inflammatory disorders, including as anti-tumor agents. The multiple contact wheels of the machine give the flexibility to accommodate complicated geometry of workpieces with a large material removal rate and great surface finishes. The resulting slurry is cast into a tape which is then subjected to a binder burn-off and sintering process to form the membrane.
