The present invention further teaches a foamable pharmaceutical carrier comprising polypropylene glycol alkyl ether, a surface-active agent, and a liquefied hydrocarbon gas propellant; and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. Various structures and manufacturing processes are implemented to provide a large sensing surface with a low profile.
