The present invention is drawn to compositions and coated substrates wherein a back coating layer can be implemented for use to mitigate ink transfer, surface damage, smudging, and sticking between stacked sheets in output trays of ink-jet ink printers. The method includes receiving a graphics primitive for rasterization in a raster stage of a graphics processor and rasterizing the graphics primitive to generate a plurality of tiles related to the graphics primitive. The shank portion of the grooved stud has a shank end, which is inserted in a bore of the driver and disposed flush with an outer contour of the driver, wherein the grooved stud is secured to the driver by a weld.
