The method may include the step of providing a transmitter including a driver coil and a first transmitter resonator coil. The cable reel may be configured for rotation within the frame. With this structure, the cleaning apparatus of the present invention uses compressed air as its power source so as to eliminate hazardous electrostatic induction owing to mechanical friction caused by rotation of apparatus components during the cleaning operation.
