This is done using two plates, one resting on the outer side of the first panel, and one inserted into the side of the second panel, where the plates are connected by a bolt, screw or wire under tension. The resistance reduction portion includes: common lead electrodes extracted from portions of the common electrode, which exclude both end portions in a direction where the piezoelectric elements are provided parallel, to outside regions opposite the pressure generating chambers; and connection wiring composed of a bonding wire.
