A wireless transmitreceive unit receives an absolute grant from a serving radio link set and receives a relative grant from the serving RLS and at least one non-serving radio link. The monitored signaling information is then analyzed in relation to call data produced by the first telephone switching system for the calls to identify relationships between the monitored signaling information and call data for calls conducted by subscribers.
