A method and system for monitoring and predicting failure in pumps on operating vehicles is disclosed. An intake manifold positive crankcase ventilation passage is disposed in the intake manifold and is in fluid communication with a source of blow-by gas from the engine. A combination of non-recycled and recycled fluids housed in the reservoir may be integrally connected to at least one pump and one or more purifying apparatuses via one or more fluid transfer lines. The end and side walls can be removed from their respective bases and multiple ones of the folded wall configurations can fit within an assembled container.
