A spring loaded lock plate that captivates the quarter turn cross-pin in the locked position against the adjacent cam surface is provided. Contemplated applications include air curtains, oxygen tents, cleanrooms and testing chamber apparatus. The plug locking assembly may further comprise a locking clip releasably securable within the housing.
