Use of a flexible, nonconductive, porous, and thermally tolerant ceramic material as a separator in a lithium-ion battery or lithium-sulfur battery is described. The promoters are derived from strawberry vein banding virus, and include variants, derivatives, fragments, and modified versions of the naturally occurring promoter sequences. The ends of the signal conduits are exposed and the signal conduits are then used as through package vias, providing signal-bearing pathways between interconnects or contacts on the bottom and top of the package. A portion of the dry belt can pass into a vacuum cavity, and collected particulate may be removed from the dry belt into the vacuum cavity. The method incorporates a set of interrelated, heuristic, leading indicators of success, including the following: Awareness; Own Role; Agreement; Preparation; and Recognition.
