A method of fabricating an organic electroluminescence display device includes the steps of forming a first electrode; forming an emissive layer on the first electrode using a solvent and a polymer, the solvent having a surface tension less than 30 dynecm and a boiling point greater than 200 degrees centigrade; and forming a second electrode on the emissive layer. The method comprises providing a casing formed from a plurality of rings, and coupling a first of the casing rings around the rotor assembly such that a radially inner surface of the first casing ring is axially aligned with, and radially outward from, a row of rotor blades extending from the rotor assembly. The command is compared to a log of commands for computer tasks previously performed on the computer system and their associated execution times. In one embodiment, the high speed serial interface uses fewer signal conductors than conventional systems having separate conductors for data and clock information. A manipulator arm picks up a horizontal tubular, manipulates the tubular to vertical, and moves the tubular into the interior of the frame, allowing the tubular to be made up in the string while the string is being lowered into the wellbore.
