A computer implemented method and system for analysing and identifying the flow of internal and external communications in a large enterprise by collecting and analysing data relating to the information flow. After the elements in the acquired image corresponding to the reference elements in the reference image are identified, a spatial correlation between the acquired image and the reference image can be determined. This obviates the omission of the trailing edge of an image and granularity and enhances faithful reproduction of horizontal lines and dots despite the use of the cleanerless process.
