A new Penstemon plant named \u2018Peni Mag 09 ,\u2019 particularly distinguished by the large, white flower color with a bold red-purple margin, upright and semi-compact plants, strong stems, and earlier flowering habit. The water-containing beads are prepared such that the bead size is smaller than the punctual opening. The first connectors and second connectors are electrically conductive. The end caps can be readily removed and the cylindrical section then serves as a guide to facilitate installation of the tubing onto industrial conduit.
