The present invention relates to methods and compositions to detect analytes in a sample using antibody molecules that are transformed into nanoscale \u201cself-signaling\u201d biosensors. The flowable material passes from a product supply through one or more valves which are coupled to a controller. The invention encompasses methods for generation of these peptides, composition containing these peptides and the pharmacological applications of these peptides especially in the treatment and prevention of cancer.
