The present invention provides high solids, two-component polyurethane compositions comprising, as one component, polyisocyanate compositions having one or more isocyanurate made from bis-cyclohexane, as a second component, one or more high solids polyol, and in either component, one or more tertiary amine catalyst. A moveable arm is mounted for pivotable movement about the pivot structure. The label and the separable paper of the label paper can be separated from each other by timely shifting the position of the change-over stopper and then respectively guided to a label guiding outlet and a separable-paper guiding outlet.
