A rotary electric motor includes a cylindrical rotor having an outer peripheral side, a stator provided to surround the outer peripheral side of the rotor with a gap between the stator and the rotor, and a load side bracket having a recess and provided on a load side of the stator. MEE is used to flatten layers and enhance smoothness of quantum well interfaces and to achieve narrowing of the spectrum of light emitted from nitrogen containing quantum wells. A device outlet is arranged in turn downstream of the air trap. Several embodiment of the method are illustrated.
