A process for manufacturing fiberboard by preparing a fiber slurry mixture including containing cellulose fibers and water then atomizing a liquid bituminous material, such as asphalt. The method includes the steps of applying microwave radiation to a sample while concurrently rotating the sample while the microwave radiation is being applied and while concurrently weighing the sample and while measuring the temperature of the sample and controlling or moderating the microwaves applied to the sample based upon the measured temperature. The soluble agent dissolves in a solvent that is intended to release the adhesive and produces a visible stain. The remaining unscheduled events are partitioned into non-interactive sub-sets. Feedback control provides a means for precise, wideband control of optical frequency and phase, augmented further by four wave mixing stages and digitally stitched independent optical waveforms for enhanced tunability.
