A method, a system and a network element for controlling the transmission of a message to be transmitted point-to-multipoint in a mobile communication system. An antenna and cable are first fitted to the mount. This statistical comparison enables the inventive surveillance system to identify abnormal situations and to selectively bring them to the attention of the surveillance officer. A paper label at one edge is available for written comments and directions for further studies.
