We have discovered methods of controlling a combination of PECVD deposition process parameters during deposition of thin films which provides improved control over surface standing wave effects which affect deposited film thickness uniformity and physical property uniformity. The metallic pattern is formed by forming catalyst pattern on a base using the catalyst precursor resin composition reducing the formed catalyst pattern, and electroless plating the reduced catalyst pattern. In another embodiment, there is a barcode reading tool that includes reading the identity data and digital signature barcode symbols using a barcode reader; displaying the identity data and digital signature on a display device; verifying the digital signature; and displaying verification results on a display device.
