A new double-flowered Impatiens walleriana named TiLipII, producing light pink flowers; dark green foliage; strong peduncles and pedicels; flowers held above or beyond the foliage; freely branching; medium vigorous mounded growth habit. The receiver employs iterative symbol-estimate weighting, subtractive cancellation with a stabilizing step-size, and mixed-decision symbol estimates. There are balls intermediate the first and second ramps. A pair of opposing conductively interconnected second gates are spaced from and received laterally outward of the first gate.
