The coil driver circuit actively adjusts the tuning frequency such that the coil operates at a frequency substantially equal to a resonant frequency. The fine holes are open at the surface of the dielectric base material, and are substantially uniformly provided therein. An economically optimal level of network flexibility may thus be achieved.
