A power window switch circuit, even if soaked, prevents windows from opening or closing unintentionally. The dust director includes a housing with parallel inner and outer walls and an end web adjacent to a straight barrel that is secured along aligned edges of the walls. The window appears opaque under normal lighting conditions, but appears transparent when illuminated with light having a predetermined wavelength. The preferred rig includes one module adapted to support a stabilizer that includes hydraulic lifts that can raise the injector and BOP stack off the wellhead.
