The present teachings are directed toward methods of controlling the charging of a battery. The method includes the steps of receiving control information in an application server from a client computer, and executing a script in the application server to generate a map relating HTML files with commands to show pages related to the HTML files. The structure is then filled using either 1) electroplating, 2) PVD reflow, 3) CVD followed by PVD reflow, or 4) CVD. This therapy can be applied to patients with multiple lesions and in neo-adjuvant therapy to patients before tumor resection. The choke’s leakage inductance also reduces the capacitive reactance of the dipole antenna for better power dissipation.
