In one design, the memory device includes a memory array, a timing control circuit, and an address decoder. If the motor now has an amplitudefrequency response with a pronounced resonant frequency in the region of such natural system oscillations, then there is a risk of higher voltages occurring at the motor star point than in the motor phases. The strap lock formed by curing encapsulant in the locking feature of the strap strengthens the resulting package array and provides improved mold extraction and handling characteristics.
