A dc-dc converter system comprises a quasi-regulated bus converter and plural regulation stages that regulate the output of the bus converter. It is capable of reducing the production cost and simplifying fabrication process by fabricating several essential parts integrally in one piece so as to save use of extra separated components. A second winding of the transformer provides an isolated data output of the ADC. Intake and exhaust valves move between an opening position and a closing position of the intake port and the exhaust port, respectively. These translation mechanisms are engaged by pivotal follower assemblies attached to a ball joint which are moveable along the translation axis either by the pivoting action of the suspension control arms or by a motor driven system.
