A tire inflating device for a motor vehicle has a lubricant reservoir connected with a sealed area of the tire bearing. The digital audio transmitter system includes a coder for coding an input audio signal to a digital signal having a transmission rate that does not exceed the maximum allowable transmission rate for traditional telephone lines and a decoder for decoding the digital signal to provide an output audio signal with an audio bandwidth of wideband speech. A number of visualizations are presented, which help clarify why the approach of the present invention is particularly effective on this dataset. The imaged layer is then developed on-press with a fountain solution, lithographic ink, or both, to remove the exposed portions or unexposed portions of the layer to form an image in a printing plate.
