The present invention relates to a process developed for production of a dry powder medicament used in respiratory tract diseases such as asthma and COPD. Devices incorporating the solvent system are suitable for use in, for example, wireless devices or automotive applications at high temperatures with minimal, if any mass loss. The invention also describes methods of making and using such compositions.
