A dual phase high strength cold rolled steel having controlled amounts of carbon, manganese, and molybdenum is used as a starting material in a galvanizinggalvannealing process. The doped region comprises a semiconductor layer overlying the semiconductor substrate. The first signal and the second signal are of opposite phases.
