The binding portion can have hinged parts that connect mating pairs of binding elements, such as protrusions inserted into hole-punched paper, and connected to another element to form a binding within the binding portion. The hopper and the frame are each formed from a thermoplastic material. The technique is compatible with lenticular and parallax barrier displays.
