Disclosed are apparatus and methods to advantageously manage transceiver power in an automated manner using adaptation logic that may be implemented on a same integrated circuit as the transceiver circuitry. The solvent includes a first solvent medium having a relatively low boiling point, wherein said binder resin is easy to be dissolved, and a second solvent medium having a relatively high boiling point. The insertion tool includes a handle secured to the proximal end of the guide rails, and a shaft that extends through the handle, whereby the shaft has a threaded portion that extends to the T-handle. Prior to being provided to the transceiver circuitry, those signals that were translated from being centered about one frequency to another may be retranslated to being centered about the original center frequency.
