Blends of very low density polyethylene produced using metallocene catalysts and high density polyethylene are disclosed. The methods involve providing block copolymer materials blended with one or more transfer molecules or inks. The net mass of aerosols collected in the deposition zone is determined by integrating over time the product of mass concentration measured by the upstream electro-optical sensor and the upstream volumetric flow rate minus the product of mass concentration measured by the downstream electro-optical sensor and the downstream volumetric flow rate. Optionally, a functional coating or layer may be deposited or applied to a surface of a pre-cut thin glass substrate.
