A football tee combines three ball receiving recesses into a single tee. The device includes a set of receiver drums on which the posters are respectively at least partially wound, a display window and a positioning mechanism for positioning each poster of the set in one of a stowed position in which the poster cannot be seen through the display window and an operative position in which the poster is aligned with the display window. In this manner, an intravascular medical device may be implanted at a location remote from final placement, delivered via the vasculature and anchored at the initial entry point.
