An improved hearing aid programming system with a host computer for providing at least one hearing aid program and having at least one personal computer memory card international association defined port in combination with a PCMCIA card inserted in the port and arranged for interacting with the host computer for controlling programming of a hearing aid. The composite includes a carbon nanotube structure and a polymer, in which: the carbon nanotube structure has a network structure constructed by mutually cross-linking functional groups bonded to multiple carbon nanotubes through chemical bonding of the functional groups together; and the polymer is filled in the network structure. The mask is a perforated insulating sheet having holes corresponding to the spacing of at least some of the conductive pads on the PCB, and at least some of the holes are marked to aid in signal measurement. The interrupt controller may send the indication to firmware, a device driver, or other software.
