A data recording system for IP telephony avoids lost voice data due to loss of IP packets during transmission, includes a recording device connected to the IP network and capable of recording audio data transmitted between telephone terminals. In a first embodiment of the present invention, a window assembly includes a two-piece frame that is welded into the wall of an enclosure. A gate of the first and the second transistor is electrically connected to the first and the second scan line respectively. The encoding uses encoding parameters which are adapted for encoding the binary data into an encoded matrix image. The vehicle illumination assembly of this invention may include a guide member that connects to a base member attached to a vehicle bumper. Compositions prepared using such methods are also disclosed.
