A method and apparatus is provided for removing a centrifugal compressor diffuser case from a turbofan gas turbine engine case which may be used while the engine is installed on an aircraft or when the engine has been removed from the aircraft. The clutch assembly further includes a clutch piston that is engageable with the clutch for urging the clutch toward the clutch engaged position, a clutch piston chamber in fluid communication with one side of the clutch piston, and a compensator chamber in fluid communication with an opposite side of the clutch piston. The luminous device is for illuminating in the fire scene, and the electricity generation device is for providing electricity to the luminous device.
