The two data sets can then be used to eliminate effects due to substrate cooling. A multiplexer selects the external address side decode signal or the refresh address side decode signal and outputs the signal as a decode signal based on an external address transmission signal and refresh address transmission signal so that a refresh operation and a readwrite operation is performed continuously within one memory cycle.
