A first deflector deflects the idle strand from the conveying plane into a parallel plane spaced apart therefrom while a second deflector is used to transfer the deflected idle strand into the storage strand. The first portion and the second portion are joined to form a V-shaped structure. The filament base is attached to the mounting portion with the filament tip extending from the mounting portion. The valve body is sized to at least partially obstruct fluid flow through the control port.
