A new and distinct cultivar of Rose plant named \u2018ESM R030\u2019, characterized by its upright, long and strong flowering stems; vigorous growth habit and high productivity; white-colored flowers with red purple-colored margins that are typically grown as single stems; excellent postproduction longevity; and relative tolerance to Powdery Mildew and Botrytis.
