It is intended to propose a technique whereby a nerve cell is morphologically analyzed automatically based on a three-dimensional image of the nerve cell. Two unit-cell designs were fabricated: one employed crossed-dipole elements while the other utilized square-loop elements. The spindle assembly has a pair of legs connected to respective rails to allow snow to pass between the legs. The steps include enumerating units on the network, each unit being a software based representation of a target device. The invention can be used at any renewable energy site employing inverters wherein improved dynamic control performance is needed, including solar, wind, and tidal energy sites.
