A thermostable TAL enzyme was identified from the fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium, which has high activity at temperatures of 40\xb0 C. The sources of the memory cell transistors in each row of the array are electrically coupled together. The invention further relates to diagnostic and therapeutic methods useful for diagnosing and treating disorders related to these novel human secreted proteins.
