The present electronic apparatus includes a first device to generate and output a Command containing a Read_Start_Address, a Write_Start_Address, and Write_Data in a header, and a second device to receive the Command to enable data to be recorded. Each grating differs from one or more other gratings with respect to grating wavevector direction so that each grating differs from at least one other grating with respect to direction of dispersion of spectrally dispersed output directions of a diffracted portion of light incident on the gratings along a given input direction.
