A method and apparatus for deburring nonmetallic machined workpieces. This method permits a wider range of deposition times of a copper spacer layer to achieve a desirable ferromagnetic coupling field between the pinned layer structure and a free layer structure in the spin valve sensor. The first direction and the second direction define an arc path that the wiper andor printhead moves along to controllably release the wiper contact tension to prevent ink residue on the wiper from being deposited in a location that will impair or degrade a desired print quality. The printer may also have an input that is variable among a variety of different speeds.
