A position code is recorded by capturing a sequence of images while writing on the base with a user unit. One of the slots communicates a first open end of the body so that a hook portion of a hook screw can be slid in the first slot and a magnet is embedded in the wall of the body so as to attract the hook portion. A method of inserting a suture anchor into bone is also disclosed.
